1. Who runs this site

motion.genacvale.shop is operated by LIKE A KING INC, a corporation organised in the State of New York, USA, which owns the GENACVALE brand. GENACVALE is an independent clothing brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any restaurant, venue or other business that uses a similar name.

2. What this site is

This is a brand showcase. Nothing is sold here, and no account, payment or order is taken on this site. Products, when available, are sold on genacvale.shop under that shop's own terms, privacy notice and returns policy.

3. Privacy

• No cookies, no tracking. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, social plugins or browser storage.
• No forms. We don't ask for or collect any information from you here.
• Everything is self-hosted. Fonts, images and code are served from our own server. Your browser makes no requests to third parties when you visit.
• Server logs. Our website server keeps no access logs. The shared hosting proxy in front of it (on a server in the EU, operated for us) records technical request data to keep the service secure and working: IP address, time, requested address, browser user agent and referring page. These proxy logs rotate automatically and are normally deleted within 24 hours. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors, and we don't sell or share them.
• Links out. Links to genacvale.shop or other sites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
• Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, Georgia or California), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because this site keeps no visitor records beyond short-lived proxy logs, there is normally nothing to retrieve. You can still contact us (section 10).

4. AI-generated imagery

The people in the photographs on this site are AI-generated synthetic models, not real people. The scenes are AI-generated visualisations made for our campaign. They show our design ideas; colours, fit, print placement and details of the actual garments may differ. Images are labelled "AI-generated" where they appear. The particle animations are computer graphics made by us.

5. Our intellectual property

The GENACVALE name and logo, our designs, text, animations and site code belong to LIKE A KING INC. You may share links and screenshots of the site for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy our designs onto products or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

6. Other names and symbols

The Georgian alphabet, the Georgian language and the national flag of Georgia belong to everyone and are used here with respect, as a tribute to Georgian culture. We show the flag only in its correct colours and form. Any other names or trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their mention does not imply any partnership.

7. Accuracy and products

We describe Georgian culture, places and traditions in good faith. Products marked "coming soon" are not yet available, and their final details may change before release. Prices, sizes, materials, origin and delivery terms are confirmed only on the product page at genacvale.shop when a product goes on sale.

8. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. The site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting (animations stop and text appears without effects), offers a "skip the film" link, labels images with text alternatives and works without WebGL. If something doesn't work for you, contact us (section 10) and we'll fix it or send the content another way.

9. Governing law

This notice and your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer or data-protection right you have where you live.

We may update this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. For privacy, accessibility, intellectual-property or any other legal questions, contact LIKE A KING INC through genacvale.shop. A direct contact address will be listed here.
